Hello and welcome to FUDGE THERAPY.

My name is Joey Ledlie and I make fudge !

We all need a little therapy in our lives sometimes and what better way to get it than with FUDGE !

I love making fudge and eating it even better ! LOL

I also love chocolates, cookies and cupcakes .

Hi, I have great news. My dad and I are opening a shop in the historic old building called The Old Flour Mill in Ipswich Queensland.
We will open on the 1st of July. I do hope that many of you can come and visit us there, as we would love to meet you.

You can find me at the Leichhardt Gourmet Food Market, QLD on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.
Also at the Karalee Market on the last Sunday of every month.
