Hello and welcome to FUDGE THERAPY.

My name is Joey Ledlie and I make fudge !

We all need a little therapy in our lives sometimes and what better way to get it than with FUDGE !

I love making fudge and eating it even better ! LOL

I also love chocolates, cookies and cupcakes .

Hi, I have great news. My dad and I are opening a shop in the historic old building called The Old Flour Mill in Ipswich Queensland.
We will open on the 1st of July. I do hope that many of you can come and visit us there, as we would love to meet you.

This was a new market... very fancy in Ipswich, that I went to with my fudge. It was a loooong day standing on concrete ! My poor feet were in pain... sniff !
